yes, you need to have your university degree certificate, duly notarised from the various parties that need to notarise it, being the kuwait embassy in the country u got it from, the university itself.. lots. and if its not in arabic it has to be translated at an official translator recognised by the ministry.
its best to ask ur company mandoub about it.
