Well, welcome to the forum, what procedures are you referring too?

Well, you're both of the same religion so you have a start.
The rest needs specific questions.

Procedure's regarding about Embassy bro

Go to the embassy of your home country either in person or visit their website and ask. Thats the first thing to do.

Moslem Marriage/Wedding Ceremony

General Requirements

If your fiance(e) is Moslem, the ceremony should be held at the Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) or the Office of Religious Affairs.
These offices will issue a Marriage Book (Buku Nikah), which is hard proof that you are legally married.
Persons wedded in a Moslem ceremony and issued a Marriage Book need not record their marriage with the Civil Registry, for Indonesian government purposes.
Documents

The following are marital requirement documents if you having Moslem Ceremony:

Copy of passport;
Copy of Birth Certificate;
Letter of "No Impediment to Marriage", a sworn affidavit witnessed by a Consular Officer at the Embassy or Consulate General stating that the foreign bride/groom is legally free to marry. Your Indonesian fiance(e) must obtain a similar document from the government district office, or Kelurahan. Be advised that these No Impediment documents are only valid for 4 months.
Copy of Divorce Decree (if applicable).
Passport sized pictures of you and your fiance with red or blue background.
Tax receipt or proof of tax settled (for foreigner who works in Indonesia).
Copy of ITAS (Temporary Residence Permit Card) or your visa, if applicable.
Citizenship letter and Endorsement Letter by Police (for those who live and reside in Indonesia).

A Muslim wedding can be held in any mosque as long as you invite the appropriate officials to conduct the service.

Just to add to the above information

A- your birth certificate MUST be legalised by your home country government and translated by an official translated into Bahasa Indonesia, photo copies are not permitted,

B- if your wife to be is a widow (not divorced) she MUST provide previous marriage books  with death certificates (this does vary from province to province within Indonesia)

C- confirm the length of no impediment as mine was valid for 30 days from issue

D- confirm if you have to register your marriage with your government, otherwise it won't be legal anywhere including Indonesia regardless if you have marriage books or certificates this could be down to your own country regulations they will say yes/ no

E- confirm how long you have if the above Note “D” is applicable to you

F- Your wife will need to update her Indonesian ID at some stage, from single to married, huge clamp down of late but not massively important immediately

G- it's not necessary for your wife to take your family name as it can be hard work changing documents, but that is totally between you both to decide

H- you may need documents from your family, confirm in your home country before leaving as these may need to be provided by your local government and again translated into Bahasa Indonesia (translate every single document from home country)

All the above was correct at December 2017

Good luck and congratulations
