I plan to start a new company in Cambodia, and right now I am researching about HR related stuff, especially salary-related matters.
I asked everyone I know, but nobody has been able to tell me anything about bonuses and annual salary increase in Cambodia.
I know there is no strict rule, but would like to understand what Cambodian employees' expectations are.
How much do Cambodian companies usually increase their employees' salary every year?
Also, how many bonuses is it normal for them to receive every year?
I understand just one bonus for the New Year is the custom, but please correct me if I am wrong.
If anybody could give me some advices, it would be helpful.
