My name is Bill Perry and I moved to Bucharest nearly two years ago to live with my Romanian partnership. I am from the US but have lived outside of my native country for over 30 years in Japan, Germany, Central Asia, Hungary and Kosovo. I worked for many years as a university professor and closed my career in international development with the Peace Corps. In Bucharest I am an educational consultant with a primary interest in the potential of team teaching in the Romanian education system. I swim everyday and am very happy to be in Romania.
