Cheap wedding reception in paris

hey,

im getting married in paris in september, and next month (May) i will be in paris to look for wedding reception. guest will be aroubd 40-50, 80% of the guest will be coming from different parts of the world. the thing is that, we only have limited budget and were not looking at a very fancy wedding reception. in fact, we only like to have a very small, decent place to accomodate us. and were most of like youngster, so we like the joy of partying and clubbing and dancing and drinking. ive been seeing sky bars and we like it but i dont know if they ahve good music.
