Hi,
I have been offered accommodation in sharbatly village and just wanted to see if it's actually as nice as on their website. It looks too good to be true. Does anyone else live there?
All the posts on the village are outdated. Does anyone live there this year? Or recently. Is it worth it? I can either take the compound accommodation or an extra amount of money to find my own accommodation. What do you think I should do? Please help!

I used to have friends there and would visit them quite often. The villas are on the older side but it's a nice community with adequate facility. The community centre has bowling, shisha and so on. Depends on what you are looking for.

I will be sponsoring my husband and baby over once I get there. I'm just looking to get my bills paid and not have to worry about monthly outgoings. I'm finding it difficult to find anything fully furnished online that's in my budget. What do you think I should do?

Compounds and especially Western ones are generally expensive. SB village is an established compound which a lot of people like. If that's being provided I would suggest to take the offer, get on the ground and see how it goes. You can always change after a year if you don't like it.
