I got married to an egyptian around March this year. And my marriage certificate is in Malay languange because I'm Malaysian and we got married in Malaysia. And I haven't translate it or anything yet here in Egypt. So is it a problem if any hotels or airbnb ask for my marriage certificate and I gave them the one that I got from Malaysia.

have it translated by an official translator and stamped at the foreign affairs

Just get it translated legally with Egyptian seal you will be fine here they can not read it will not accept it just get it translated with Egyptian seal and save your self a hassle
