Im Nen from Philippines but presently working here in hongkong ..my boyfriend is a Romanian but presently he is working in London ...we would like to get married here in hongkong and process my visa after marriage how is it possible with me going to London with him?..what are steps?.. thank you very much...or is it more easy to go with him in Romania and get married?... plss I appreciate so much ... thank you

If you want to ask about visa and formalities for England, then you need to ask in the England forum.

Ultimately, it depends on where you both want to live that should decide where to file a visa application. Before that, you should decide and agree on which country to marry in.
I suspect it won't be easy regardless of country, though I know next to nothing about Hong Kong
