as long as you are getting the agreed salary on time, the only possible way by which you could transfer from your current employer, is to get a sponsorship transfer from your current sponsor.
if in case you are not paid salary for a consecutive period of 3 months then you may be able to transfer to a new company without your present employers concern. also if your present employers status change from green to red, then also you will be able to transfer. these were the rules until a few months back, and i am not sure whether it has been changed recently.
