I need to know if any option of getting shariah compliant / Islamic / interest free loan to finance Home buying in Sweden?
I was going through JAK Bank website as they are claiming they are but not sure if this is correct.

Mortgages or personal guarantees may be made only if the property or the guarantor is Swedish. It is compulsory to have Swedish residency to apply for a loan from JAK.
