Posten services and Business Banking in Sweden

So what to do .... or who does it the best for the right costs, looking at using a postal servce in Sweden to collect daily (hopefully) from buisness in the middle of nowhere )goods sold on my webshop) whats the best service and prices any ideas ???? any experiences of this

is Posten the only real option ???

banks, again looking fort the best business bank account any pitfalls with experinces in this avenue any advise welcome

Posten is the company in Sweden who has almost as bad customer saticfaction as SJ (Statens Järnvägar) Railroad. Less then 20% when most companies are trying hard to come over 96% they still think they are good.

Posten is constantly raising their charges while at the same time lowering the service. If you want pick-up service it will also cost you alot more then drop-off service.

I would look at their competition Schenker-BTL or Danzas instead.
