Hi Forum.
Anyone got the latest on any post brexit agreements? I've had a place in Malta for the last four years with a view to moving over in a couple of years time. However, I'm now wondering whether I should just bite the bullet and get my CV doing the rounds as it doesn't seem likely that there is going to be any clarification in time to undertake the application process if there's no agreement in place.

id say nobody knows not even the UKGov = however Joe Muscat did say he wouldnt be kicking any brits out of malta anytime soon if at all.....

It would almost certainly be more straight forward to apply now and get it done well before Brexit. The UK is leaving no matter what so after March 2019 it may not be that easy to obtain residency at all.
As Toon said, they are unlikely to kick anyone out, but they may well stop UK citizens coming in!
