Online shopping in Bulgaria

Hello everyone,

Shopping online can be far more convenient and offer greater choice than going into shops, be it grocery shopping or retail.

Are there options for online shopping in Bulgaria? Which sites or apps do you use most frequently and are these local or international?

Are there particular products that are cheaper to buy online or that are perhaps not available in Bulgaria?

What is the delivery process like — is it easy to receive deliveries and what are the costs of shipping? Are there any taxes to pay upon receipt?

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Hi,

www.zoya.bg is a great Bulgarian website, selling all things organic- vitamins, essential nutrients and also toiletries & cosmetics- they also do various teas, coffees and chocolate bars! Delivery is free over a certain amount, but is very reasonable anyhow at 2.99 lev ( I think )

British Corner shop is a great website if you're craving English food stuff that you can't get here, they have a Waitrose section too. They do a dry goods order up to 30kg for £24.99 and chilled order ( separately) up to 22kg for £29.99 or £14.99 if you spend over £100- and while I'm the first to admit that the delivery is expensive, if you share the cost amongst several of you, them it makes it viable.

Next- do free delivery here on goods over 60 lev or 7 lev on goods under this amount, no matter how much you order.

Joe browns - deliver here £8 per order

House of Fraser - deliver here- not sure on their charges.

Asda -George deliver here, delivery depends on how much you order.

There are many more too😊
