What you are asking is not possible or easy. No travel agent can do what you are asking.
No such thing as a direct employment package.
First you have to find out if you can get a visa/work permit in the countries you are interested in going to. To do this you have to check out the immigration website for these countries.
Then go online and start searching for a job. Most countries will require you to have certain qualifications before you can apply for a visa or a job.
Applications take time, in some cases many months.
