Any idea for the tunisian embassy? I had my approval few days back but couldnt submit my passport to get the visa I wonder if they'll could it now.

enraged, where are you trying to submit papers? no visa's being issued.

Thanks, I applied in Tripoli for the tunisian visa. I will visit them tomorrow I hope they dont have any issues stamping it.

Indian embassy is open as of now and involved in evacuation process.`guess it shall set up a counsellor desk to keep our umblical loop alive.No?...can anyone update us on this i.e. the phone no's , name of person to be contacted etc.

Polish embassy evacuated it's last employers yesterday.

Does anybody have an update of this list after the events of the last 10 days?  I know that the Turkish and Italian embassies, among others were closed.  I have a need to know which remain open.

Hungary was the last know EU (as of 03rd May) who's embassy do you need??

I need to know which are open.  I'm seeking humanitarian help from any that will provide it.  I really can't be a lot more explicit, but any information would be welcome.

Did you mean that the above mentioned embassies are operational since a week back????

I meant that a week ago, the above where operating, some may have since closed.

Hi there. you left out the South African embassy, which has been closed since 27 February, when all staff and expats working in Tripoli were evacuated.

ok - sorry - its just that in your original list, you listed quite a number of closed embassies - so i thought you were wanting to give the status of ALL embassies!!

turkish embassy tripoli is closed since a few days..
