if the name is written incorrectly, i do not think it should be a problem so long as the passport number and information is written correctly especially since that document is not your final residency visa.

What if u have entry visa then it's expired already. But the problem is the employer dont want to cancel the expired visa. And now u want to join another company. U cannot join another company because of this existing expired visa. What should i do to this problem? Please i need advices.
