If you are planning to save money in Lebanon during your holiday there is a coupon card called Beirut circle you pay around 100$ fee per card that will allow you get big discount (up to 50% or buy 1 get 1 free) meals and drinks to major Restaurant pubs and night clubs. For transportation book your cab from a cheap company the rates during the day is the same at night (usually)
