I was selected last February for a job in Kuwait by a manufacturing company. I've submitted all the necessary documents last march 23,,,,its almost 2 months and still no updates from the agency. Anyone knows exactly why it took so long to get visa for Kuwait? Thanks

No idea what specific set of hurdles they're facing, but I was selected for a position around Christmas and didn't have boots on the ground here until April 7th.
I'm guessing you've already done all the bloodwork, sent off all your certified copies of all the required paperwork, took 100 passport sized photos, and said the magic chant ("klattu, veratta, nikto")? If so, then it sounds like it's just a matter of waiting.
Heads up: when you get here you get to do it all again to get your civil id
