I am living close to kingdom tower.

Check out Holiday Inn Izdihar on exit 7-8. They have an outdoor pool.
A 'Fitness time' gym is just across the Kingdom tower. But they don't offer swimming-pool-only membership.

yOU CAN CHECK OUT AT HAMMADI HOSPITAL THEY HAVE A ONLY LADIES SECTION WITH SPA AND SWIMMING AND GYM ALSO ITS PRETTY CLOSE TO KINGDOM

Two things :
1- From the profile, he is a male and is not allowed to go to a ladies only pool.
2- Hammadi hospital in Olaya caught fire some time back and has been shut down for maintenance for at least a couple of years.
