Bill, you need a hammock, rum, and relaxation. Lol First three months I was here no wind at all, but I live in the bush, maybe better suited by the coast? Then you would have to deal with height restrictions? Am I correct? I am not familiar with the south; mountains, heating and cooling, downdrafts? Good luck!
