You mean the hotel right beside it? If so, then yes the hotel is complete. Rixos hotel which is Turkish managed and run. If you mean the one downtown on the waterfront, Marriott Four Seasons, it is gearing up to be opened. Another right on the waterfront is just getting started. Let's just say, that there are a number of projects on the go along the waterfront in various locations in Tripoli. In the next few years, we will be witnessing the changing face of Tripoli. Development and social change all take time, but things have picked up speed in the last few years.

They should get an award for actually finishing it at all, ( and maybe starting it too)!!!
