I have been living in Mellieha since November. There is so much to see and do here. Here are some websites that I have found useful for finding out information. Expat.com is obviously one of the main ones but here are some more -

Thank you for the information. I have been here since December and live in St Pawl Il-Bahr. Been coming to Malta past 25 years and I agree there is a lot to see and do. Socially there are several "Meet Up" groups on Malta and Malta Social the host lives in your town. No charge to join and you will find it very active.

Yes. I attended the Malta Social event in St Julians last night. It was very good. I wish there were social events organised this end of the island though

There are, try the BRA... http://britishresidentsinmalta.org/mellieha/

Mostly but not all retired Maltese/ English / French and they hold regular monthly meetings, guest speakers and social events.
