MOI E-Service Login Failed

From One week i am getting error of Incorrect Username & Password while login to MOI Services.
While going for reset Password, It shows "User not Registered" but i am using these services from 2 years.

I contacted with MOI Helpdesk and they say Daily "it will be solved in next 12 Hours"

I need to do Exit Re-entry of my Family.

anyone has same issue? and how to resolve this?

I just check my user  everything is fine with it

maybe just small system problem

call them again tomorrow morning or send an E-mail

Put your Iqama Number as your Username.

same case is for me....i am also using it for more than a year...since last week its not working for me...I too have urgent work for family visa.
