Hi,
Me and my hubby is planning to move in Jubail this year... I just want to know if i can go to school while hubby is at work. Some says too that women are forbid to drive and whenever we would go, we should provide or show our MC (marriage certificate) to some police that may aproach us? Is that true? -hope to merit your kind response, thank you...

How bout the hospitals or clinics? Since, we still dont have a child, we're also planning of seeing an OB Gyne who can help us on fertility stuff? Thankie...-

Yes women are forbidden to drive, but you can go to school via hiring van service which are very easily available in jubail. No idea about presenting marriage certificates havent heard that from anyone.
