Hello everybody,
I will be moving to Saudi in few weeks time and the office is in Al-Olaya. I am still a bachelor from South Asia. I would love to stay in a compound. Can I find a studio or a one bedroom furnished for about SAR30,000/35,000 in a compound. If not could you let me know the minimum I would have to expect to pay. How about rent payment. Can I pay monthly or should I pay the entire thing at the beginning.
Please let me know the compounds which are most suited if any.

In that budget western compounds just look out of reach. Around 50-60K would get you one on the western compound.
