Vivre en Thailand à Patong (phuket): Appartement et fournitures

Bonjour,

Je vis depuis 2-3 ans en Thaïlande et vais quitter mon appartement de Patong début Février 2015 pour continuer à voyager en Asie (Malaisie, Indonésie, Cambodge, Chine).

Avis aux amateurs qui seraient tentés de s'installer en Thaïlande à Patong?

Je brade tout mon matériel de très bonne qualité avant mon départ à moitié prix et moins....
-TV, Frigo, machine à laver, four micro-onde, four standard, VTT, Filtre à eau, Guitare sèche, basse électrique, nombreuses boites de rangements et 1 ou 2 meubles.
-2 scooter Honda PCX 150 et Yamaha FINO 110.

Vous avez également la possibilité de récupérer mon appart (bail de 6 mois minimum), un étage indépendant dans une maison de 3 étages, je pense environ 100m2, grande cuisine, grand salon, hall d'entrée et 2 grandes chambres, pas cher (15000 baht), très calme, vue sur la montagne, ruisseau et foret vierge et à 50 mètres sur la mer et tout Patong. il est à 5 minutes du centre ville, 10 minutes des plages.

I am selling all my article very good quality and alf price or more....

You can also continue renting my appartment (long term 6 month min), independant floor in a 3 floor house, about 100m2, big kitchen, big living room, hall and 2 big room, cheap (15000 baht). very quite, view on Montain and tropical forest, river and at 50m the view on the see and on all Patong. It is at 5min of Patong center and 10 min of Patong beach.
