Would like to help but I never open any links as they could contain a virus. And sometimes on line questionnaires lead to other things like sales or scams.

Happy to do your questionnaire if you want to cut and paste it onto a post.

This is a google questionnaire kelty it cannot contain virus, it's secured by internet explorer and google.

both links lead to the questionnaire, no spams, no publicities.
