Best place to go for a weekend dive

Jeddah usually. Sharm-el-sheikh for an extended weekend. Usually have to extend the weekend anyway due to not being allowed to be in the air for 18 or something hours after the dive.

Forgot how long it is, I'm only an open water diver recently certified

I think driving will be a good alternative. Is there anything in a driving range , 4-5 hours?
I was looking on the map, Bahrain and Qatar looks good, they have a plenty of dive shops there
