I found a great apartment near Futian CBD, but my landlord only speaks Mandarin. Last night, i was studying and saw a giant rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen, i ran and shut the kitchen door, but now i'm not sure what to do. i know that i'll never catch the damn rat, and it's the size of a chihuahua, does anyone know of a pest extermination company that can speak at least a little bit of english? i'd really like access points checked in my place as well, i'm on the 16th floor, and didn't think that it would be a problem.
