Depends on where in Belize, but there is a good pizza place in Hopkins called the Driftwood Cafe, and one in San Ignacio called Mr. Greedy's. In San Pedro, Blue Water Grill makes a good pizza, and Pedro's Inn also has pizza, but I have not tried it.
Don't know of any places offering taken and bake, sorry.

In Ambergris Caye there is also Pepperonnis in Coconut Drive and Pirate's Pizza in Pescador Drive.
I am sure there are others but ...

Pepperoni's is my favorite pizza on the island. Both Mr. Greedy's and Yoli's make very good pizza in San Ignacio. Driftwoods in Hopkins is by far my most favorite anywhere in Belize.
I find the pizza here is different than the U.S. The sauce doesn't taste as tomato-y, and they don't use as much sauce as I like. Not as much cheese is used either. But it is still good and will cure any craving you're having.
