Recently moved to Brittany but am looking to move to the wider Bordeaux area. Looking to buy a flat/apartment or small house but looking specifically for a new build.
Firstly does anyone know a website or companies that specialise in new developments that we could deal with directly or do you still have to go through a property agent?
Secondly has anyone had any experience or knowledge about buying new properties, the process or anything to look out for.
