We used to play tennis in Al Ittifaq club, it is located on the old airport road (accessible from the Dammam-Khobar highway). They charge about 500 riyal per year, and you can use any of their facilities (gym, tennis court, squash court, pool, etc).
We stopped playing tennis for the time being, but will let you know if anything comes up
