I am new in MOscow I lived in piter for 1.5 years I am interested in playing football and basketball in the winter so i anyone can help me to find closed fields to play and it would be great to join as well. I played both sports in semi professional level

Each Moscow's district has a sports center. Go there and ask about play football. Almost every large office in Moscow has football team for play in the evenings.
