Hi stanleyhart,
Before you relocate please ensure you have work permit from the employer in brussels. From the languages you have mentioned only English will be considered. French and Dutch are very essential In order to live in Brussels. It's not very easy to find a job for English professionals so please browse all potential job availability in your field of interest while you are in Romania. Please ensure the work permit you have is accepted in Belgium. I don't want to dampen your spirits from coming to Brussels but am facing the same problem so talking from my own experience.
