Family Immigration Renewal (married fiance)

We are applying for renewal famy immigration (married to fiance) the req. from UDI that make me confuse is this "The original documents must carry an apostille stamp. You can find information on which office you need to visit to get an apostille stamp in this list (external website). No apostille stamp is required on your passport" is this means the marriage certificate from skatteetaten?

@skatellyn15

* As I know, the document issued by skatteetaten is "certificate of no impediment to marriage", not marriage certificate. The City Hall where you register marriage issues it.

* You just submit documents following your check list:

  • Copy of passport (bring original one on the day you show off);
  • Marriage certificate (do not need stamp if issued by Norwegian);
  • Document of reference's income;
  • ...

No worries if documents are not required the original version. UDI's  expression is to  apply for every cases, and  there is no stamp requirement  for documents which are issued by Norwegian authorities.
