Hello, I would like to know if it was possible to have an Egyptian driving license as a Frenchman(19y) while in France I do not have one.
I would like to specify that I am French by birth, but that I have Egyptian nationality thanks to my parents, but I have never had an Egyptian identity card and my Egyptian passport expired a long time ago.
I want the driver's license because I am moving to Cairo and the car would make my life easier to do my daily trips and go to work
*furthermore, I wanted to know if driving a motorbike/scooter is possible with the normal license, or if there is a specific license for a motorbike/scooter?
