Hello.
No, its not hard to find a flat for rent in Leicester, what is difficult is to find a good job. When I first came here I thought the rent was quite low but it was because I didnt know the salaries and how hard it was to find a good or regular job.
If you are a student you can find lots of flats to share.
A decent flat is no less than 450 pounds a month.
Depending on the place you need one thing or another. Some event ask you for references, some just the deposit, the first month and an administrative fee of 150.
