Customer Service

Full time 10.30am – 7pm (1 hour break)

As one of our customer support team you will have to deal with many customers via email in an efficient, polite and friendly manner. You will need to be reliable and trustworthy.

This will include resolving and processing customer enquiries and complaints, while covering a wide range of services. You will need to identify and understand customer needs while undertaking support activities to ensure the business runs effectively.

Requirements:

* Excellent Computer Skills

* Strong communication skills

* Have a strong understanding of investigations and decision making

* Be a high-performing individual with proven experience of working with other Colleagues, to achieve and meet the company's objectives
