Financial Controller

• Prepare accurate monthly forecasts, analyze and comment properly on forecast to actual variances
• Involvement in annual budgeting process for the entity;
• Ensure integrity of balance sheet and income statement and other supporting documentation pertaining to management;
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews & account reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner;
• Insure accuracy of all accounts and support for judgmental reserves;
• Actively manage the Credit and Accounts Receivable function;
• Analyze internal control environment and correct deficiencies as necessary;
• Work with Internal Audit staff and company's Europe leaders to improve internal processes and controls;
• Manage local statutory accounts and tax matters;
• Responsibility for the local accounting team - building a new team together with European management team and develop it to a highly trained and empowered finance & accounting team
