As an Accommodation Service Executive, you will be working in different shifts and will be acting as an intermediary between accommodations and customers.
First point of contact for accommodation partners , answering questions and queries, taking action as needed;
Day-to-day communication with partners by telephone and e-mail;
Building productive relationships with partners by delivering a high level of service;
Liaising with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Area Managers with regards to registered accommodations;
Dealing with the settlement of complaints from accommodations and customers.
Has excellent communication and problem solving skills;
Pro-active, takes ownership, has sense of responsibility, independent and customer friendly;
Is passionate about helping customers and accommodations;
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian;
Experience within travel industry is a plus;
Experience gained within customer facing business environment is a plus;
Available Full-time (40 h/week) and flexible in work schedule;
Available to attend a full-time (3 weeks) paid training;
Eligible to work in Thailand
This role will start in Q1 2017
