@ehisedobor3 The location is Gbodje,after cocotomey then you come to Gboje,it's about 200 metres to the high way,the asking price is 17,000,000.00 FCfA . It's already fenced with gate and near to the high way so it's a developed area.
@ehisedobor3 There is big market on the right about 2 km( cocodji) and to the left (3km) another market before Gboje ( cocotomey) and highway is the ecowas road link to other African countries ,Togo,Ghana, Ivory coast etc

You right,I can get you land for ,12.000.000 million fcfa but there is no fenced wall and gate. And mind you there is no land in benin for (10.000fcfa) as you stated in your last response,it my be a mistype.

@ehisedobor3 I did not say there isn't 10 million fcfa Land,In your last reply you probably made a mistake by writing 10 thousand fcfa( 10,000fcfa) that's why I said no land for 10 thousand fcfa. Yes the land I'm giving you is actual 10 million fcfa but the documents and legalisation will cost 2 million fcfa that's why the land is 12 million fcfa. (
@ehisedobor3 the location is same Gboje,Gboje is a develop area with easy access to big market,health,beach, highway linking other west African countries, electricity,water etc. The best I can say is you should come down to cotonou and see it for yourself, I don't know how to upload pictures or videos except if there is a way on Whatsapp or telegram,thanks.
@ehisedobor3 Even the one which is fenced and gated is just few million difference which if you serious I can allow you pay 12million then you start building then after one year you pay balance of 5 million, I see that to help you faster, you only start your building plans on it .just a suggestion I am giving.
