Why delete some postings?

Does anyone know why some postings get deleted on the forum?

I am new to the forum. Before I posted my first message, I made sure I duely registered and my profile is currently live. However anytime I posted something, it stays on the forum for a few hours and then get wiped out completely. Why is this happening?

There has since my last message been several postings on the forum, but they have not been deleted. I am I doing anything wrong?

Hi,

if you want to rent an accommodation please post in the classifieds and not on the forum

Dear Julien, I hope you are ok.

I posted a message on the the forum in July 2011 titled 'ACCOMODATION IN EAST LEGON, ACCRA-GHANA'. I think this got moved to the commercial section as you indicated in your email.

I now seriously need this post for some reference. Is there any chance you can retrieve it for me from your archives.

I would be very grateful if you can do me this favour.
