I would like to travel to Hua Hin from bangkok for 1 day by car on the 28 of this month. Is there a possibility to travel over there? Is there any police stop while driving?

BKK with surrounding provinces are deep red zones. You're not allowed to travel to other zones without documents showing your trip is essential/necessary. There are checkpoints everywhere.
