I am 74, in pretty good shape have a good pension and not a bad size bank account. My question is I am I too old to move to Guatemala from Canada.

Why not. I retired here and bought a small homestead and built a nice house for around US$ 40,000. I now live in a mango orchard and just harvested my first plantains.
