Resignation during probation period

I just transfer and i am 2 months now, I want to transfer to other company, so i send resignation letter through mail and written also, but my boss didn't accept my resignation,after that i dont know wat to do so i went to lmra they said i need to finish one year before i can transfer. what do i need to do? please help me

Transfer without employer permission is only after one year.  Right now you need their permission. Or get them to cancel visa and then another employer can apply for you.

They didnot accept my resignation and threatened me..what is the legal procedure for cancel my visa during probation period? And how long it will take? Please advice..

They have to cancel visa. File a complaint at ministry of labour. Will take time. Best approach is to get a lawyer.
