Hi any recommendations for an independent lawyer to help us with a property sale. I've been speaking to Sun Lawyers but they want €6650 euros for a €33,000 sale just seems a lot? Thanks

That fee quantum seems very excessive if that's just legal work and no other outgoings.
I hope someone can advise you

From my account in transaction experience in Madrid, your legal fee should be about one tenth at the most, of what you're quoted. There should be enough lawyer contacts online and you can just ask around. Make sure the quotations come with specific scope of services.
