New member looking for guest house

I think you're jumping into deep water without being prepared,  but maybe I'm wrong.

You don't state in which area you want to run a large guesthouse and that should be on top of your priorities list.
If you don't know you better come over first,  travel the country and decide where you want to do your business.

Then you want to rent a up-to 20 room guesthouse?
I wish you good luck with that,  there are not many guesthouses for rent,  and certainly not with quite a number of rooms.

Still I wish you will find what you are looking for.
