1) www.kariyer.net ( you might need working permit or if its a  big company they might get that for you with that 20 years of experience
2) You may try establishing a  consultancy company with your exp. it takes 1 day and cheap (about 1k usd ) for company est.
3) Don't trust most of turkish people (I am sorry to say this as a Turk). If you are a woman they want to sleep with you, if you want to make business they see you as a dump investor to get all of your money

like not work or go to school , mainly like a retired life .. but not be a turkish citizen
