Asking about marriage

Hello there everyone!

I am new in this site and i want some answers and advices about marriage.
I am filipina and have a relation with Egyptian nationality, we want to get married as soon as we can. I am asking is it possible to process our marriage in my country in philippines or even in Egypt by sending only our agency and documents that we want to marry and without our appearance.
And what would be the documents will be needed??
We are both living here in Saudi Arabia
and we can't marry in this country because of some restrictions of Philippine Embassy, they dont allow me as a christian will get married to a muslim egyptian nationality.
I need some advices who knows in this matter..
