Taxes for non-residents

Hello

For someone who is not resident in Singapore, are there any taxes in Singapore if you have money in a bank in Singapore and some of the money has been invested on the Singapore Stock Exchange (wealth tax, taxes on dividend gains or stock gains)?
If so, are the taxes settled by the bank or do you have to report yourself to the tax authorities?

I live in Vietnam and as far as I know Vietnam and Singapore have a double tax agreement.

Thank you in advance.

Capital gains, which includes investment proceeds, are not taxed in Singapore.
Since tax liability usually lies with the country you reside in, you may have to tax income from Singapore investments in your country instead.

Thank you.
